 RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to the Director of Community Living for the design, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of individuals’ supports and services including Individual Support Plans, Personal Goals and Programs for the people supported that reside in McKees Rocks Division. 

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Services, in accordance with State and County Regulations and two (2) years experience providing services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities OR An Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours, preferably in Human Services, in accordance with State and County Regulations and 4 years work experience providing services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities 
  • Two (2) years experience within Citizen Care’s residential programs (if candidate has Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours)
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for people with intellectual disabilities, strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (written test is required)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent references both personal and professional
  • Excellent performance appraisals and attendance records while at Citizen Care
